Prof. Ass. Dr. Kushtrim Gashi is the Acting Vice Dean and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in Management, with an advanced orientation toward digitalization, leadership, and strategic human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises. He earned his PhD in Management from SMC University, Switzerland, focusing on organizational culture and human resource management in SMEs in Kosovo.
Dr. Gashi teaches at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, covering courses such as Quality Management, Negotiation Skills and Leadership, Managerial Economics, Digital Transformation Management, and Digital Business Management, effectively linking theory with professional practice in finance, administration, and institutional management.
He is an active member of the Central Quality Assurance Commission and the Faculty Council, playing a key role in institutional development and accreditation processes. He has led and contributed to several academic and development projects, including the research project “Businesses That Build Kosovo” as Principal Investigator, as well as projects funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation within the HEI’25 framework, focusing on academic promotion, innovation spaces, and student mentorship.
His scientific activity includes publications in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, as well as active participation in international conferences, contributing to research advancement in innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship.
