The Faculty of Economics at the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren continues to strengthen its international research profile through high-quality scientific publications.

The research paper entitled “Assessment of the Impact of Technological Innovations on Managerial Productivity in Developing Countries: Evidence from Kosovo”, authored by Prof. Ass. Dr. Kushtrim Gashi and Dr.sc. Vesel Usaj, has been published in Folia Oeconomica Stetinensia, an international scientific journal published by the University of Szczecin, Poland.

The journal is indexed in Scopus (Q3) and the Web of Science, ensuring broad international visibility and recognition within the global academic community.

The study investigates the impact of technological innovations on managerial productivity in developing countries, using Kosovo as a case study, and provides valuable insights for policymakers, researchers, and the business sector.
